And it was found that the key to success of these diets is when all the participants of the survey actually followed the diet, only this can lead to excellent weight loss. And also it was found that only 1 in four people actually stick to their given diet and followed it. Atkins was the hardest diet to be followed, and then comes the Ornish diet.
